Mike started with Kuhn & Company in 2018 after six years in public accounting and five years in private industry.  Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked in the transaction services group at PwC and was responsible for technical accounting and financial reporting at Baxter International and PSAV. During his time at PwC, he had the opportunity to work on a variety of capital raising and merger transactions, with both small, closely-held businesses and Fortune 100 companies. Mike is a CPA and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
